Day Schedule
9:30am - Club Open for check-in
10am-10:30am - Greeting followed by group Warm-up and Stretching
10:30am-11:30am - Conditioning
11:30pm to 12pm - Lunch break (Pizza Lunch provided)
12pm to 3pm - Weapon-Specific Drills
3pm to 4pm - Structured Bouting Practice
